HOW IT WORKS...


At Stylize it is all about giving our clients just what they want.  We pride ourselves in designing original, pleasurable to the eye wedding invitations that highlights and expresses  the unique personality of each couple we work with.

SAMPLES
We recommend that you purchase a sample  in order to see the outstanding quality of materials and craftsmanship that goes into each of our designs. A sample is priced at 25 each. As all elements of each design are made to order, please allow up to four to six weeks for the delivery of your sample.



CUSTOM DESIGN
Once we have contacted you in regards to your requirements, we proceed to the pre-production stage. There will be a one off design fee of 250 reqired. Having received this and all your design requirements, samples will be fabricated based on this. A digital proof will be sent and elements of this concept design can be modified to ensure the final design will be the perfect invitation for your unique occasion. Once details are finalized and you accept our proposal, we'll have you sign a simple printing agreement noting all of the final details in relation to your design. We will also require 50% of the total cost to enable us to move on to the final design phase and secure a production date on our calendar. Once all alterations or modifications to the prototype are made and you have approved the final concept the total balance is required and we proceed to production and printing.

Each order will include an invitation card, rsvp and a reply envelope.

*If your colour scheme is not listed on our colour chart we will do our outmost best to get the colours you desire.*

Please note that whether you are ordering from the gallery or you are having a custom design made, amendments cannot be made once the production of the silk boxes have commenced.


RUSH ORDERS
We Accept rush orders depending on our schedule and the complexity of your design, therefore this is accepted only on a case-by-case basis.  Depending on your design materials and order size, rush orders may incur extra charges.


PROOFING
Proofing is done digitally, please make sure all proofs are checked carefully for spelling and errors, the adjustment of these errors are totally the customer responsibility. All name lists sent will be printed exact to that list, all proofs once signed will be printed exact to that proof.


PAYMENT
At the time of placing your order, a non-refundable deposit 50% of your total order is required. The remaining balance is to be paid once you have approved the proofs.



PRODUCTION TIME
Production times vary depending on design complexity, materials used, and our current schedule. The design process from start to finish usually takes between six to ten weeks for gallery orders and four to six months for custom designs. However rush orders can be accommodated depending on our schedule. The timescales we provide can only be adhered to by us we cannot be held responsible for supplier errors and posting delays for example. Prices may change during this process.

Please note that awaiting an agreed proof is not part of the process time and is entirely up to the customer and the amount of thought time they may need. We cannot be held responsible if this time has been left too long. In an effort to ensure you receive all the attention you deserve, and to be sure we create a design you are completely satisfied with, we recommend you begin the process six to ten months before you plan to mail your invitations.



POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Nationwide orders will be delivered by Royal Mail “Special Delivery – Next Day Guaranteed” and require a signature on receipt.
International orders will be dispatched via Courier.
All delivery charges are calculated by weight and we will advise you of these charges on confirmation of your order.


As a guide, the scale of charges for UK orders is as follows:

    * Up to 500g – 5.50
    * 501g – 1kg – 6.70
    * 1kg – 2kg – 8.65
    * 2kg – 10kg – 21.65
    * Saturday Delivery; additional charges apply


For International deliveries, please contact us for an estimate.
Please be aware that Delivery Charges are per parcel and not necessarily per order.

We do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition, however we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damages once it leaves our studio or during the subsequent posting of individual items (i.e. when you post your invitations to your guests). We will do our best to help retrieve these but insurance would need to be claimed to reimburse any loss. If worried please ask to take out extra insurance on parcels posted.

Each silk box  is tissue wrap, placed in a postal box and are dispatched in suitable packaging.



Our Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur. This is merely a feature of a genuine handcrafted product.

 

CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order or terminate any project pending and chooses not to complete, any materials ordered or stationery produced and completed that exceeds the 50 % deposit, will be payable by the client. Refunds will be given at the discretion of 'Stylize'


Stylize reserves the right to replace raw materials if they become unavailable.
